Algeria stressed the importance of Palestinian lives, China denounced the ongoing violence, and Malta highlighted the mass arbitrary detentions faced by Palestinians. Russia also joined in criticizing Israel's actions, emphasizing the need for a ceasefire.

The UK stands with the US unfortunately. It can't take a different stand as after living in the EU they need to be careful and not to offend anyone also because of historical reasons it just can't go against colonialism, occupation and Israel in any way. As the US has AIPAC in the UK the Israeli lobby also is quite strong. I don't know if any of you still remember why Priti Patel was forced to resign in 2020 but the problem wasn't that she did it but that she didn't inform that this was her plan
