Please cover George Soros' interference in various countries through currency manipulation, NGOs etc. Soros' ideas of EURO-PARALLELISM(that everything happening anywhere has a parallel to something that happened in Europe especially during WW2). You're simply too confused because you've been listening to Indian media. Every single claimant country in the South China Sea has overlapping claims and they've traditionally fought one another over them. The only reason there is peace at present in the South China Sea is because China is so overwhelmingly powerful that no one can fight or prevent the sea lanes from being hindered by conflicts. The other countries would never unite because they dispute each other's claims as well.

The "Nine Dash" line was decided on 1947 by the winning allies of WW2. EEZ is only confirm in 1982. Based on the chronical order, since the land belong to China, the area surrounding it is China EEZ.

The International Court of Justice hasn't ruled on the South China Sea. I assume you are referring to the Permanent Court of Arbitration. Note the word "arbitration" in its name; the court has never had an enforcement mechanism because it was never supposed to need one. Each country would decide beforehand that they would abide by the court's decision, then each country would supply half the courts fees to initiate proceedings. The 2016 decision didn't operate that way at all. It wasn't even the Philippines which started the court, it was the U.S., who paid $25 million dollars to hire the judges it wanted to get the decision it wanted. Is China supposed to accept the decisions of judges who have received a $25 million bribe?

iCJ has no right to decide on territorial issue. Hence China does not want to participate in the hearing as the issue is related to her territory. Therefore the ICJ ruling is void and cannot be accepted.

And again it does not belong to any of the existing cultures of either China or SEA. India protects the native tribes of Andaman/Nicobar islands unlike the Company. Older map has 11 lines. 2 were settled with Vietnam. The lines were exactly the same as what Taiwan claims. And Taiwan claims are the same at the Indian border as the mainland.. something many Indians don't know.

@@k.k.c8670 are you speaking about the last 15 to 20 years or the era before then. Take a look at the nature of alliance in the last 15yrs and you can clearly see the positions have shifted dramatically for many nations. Today Vietnam is more closer to the US than China, Russia is more closer to China than India, Ukraine is more closer to UK than Russia, south Korea is more closer to Japan than China and turkey is moving closer to Russia than the US. All this alliance I mentioned were reversed in the era before the last 15yrs. Right now India has more military alignment with the US otherwise NASA will not be helping ISRO land a rocket in the South pole of the moon (a place where they themselves have not ventured). I will say it again, Taiwan of today is nothing like the Taiwan before this millennium and what they want most is to be independent (something their predecessors didn't work towards because they wanted to maintain claim to China). Secondly, if India decides to only maintain alliance of friendliness with only the countries that was supportive to India in 1980, they will loose out big time in challenging China in the near future. Right now the hostility of western nations such as US UK Canada Italy, and Asian nations like south Korea and Japan is what is giving India the confidence that China will be in check. The day this hostility change to friendliness with China India will loose voice against China because China already have Africa, Russia and some middle Eastern nations on their side right now.

China's territorial waters in the South China Sea were the first for the United States to support China in order to counter Japan. Even at that time, Southeast Asian countries had not yet become independent from Western colonists. From a legal point of view, there is no problem.

The communist Chinese constantly try to claim that there were supposedly "formal agreements" with the Americans on the so called Chinese possessions in the South China Sea as they try to point to obscure documents or claim to have interaction with lower level officers. All such claims have been refuted time and time again. More reasons not even the EU or others recognize China's questionable claims. They were also enemies of the Americans by the time of the Treay of San Francisco in 1952 which collaborated the final peace agreements with Japan. Sometimes the communist party even erroneously try to point to the potsdam declaration for some kind of legitimacy and yet they were not even the government of China or present there.

The "Eleven or Nine Dash" line was decided on 1947 by the winning allies of WW2. EEZ is only confirm in 1982. Based on the chronical order, since the land belong to China, the area surrounding it is China EEZ.

@southkoreausasmaster8805, first let's discuss the communist Chinese bloody military conquest of Tibet in the 1950's and their subsequent use of American tactics against indigenous people, to remove Tibettan culture from the people of Tibet while forcefully sincizing them, while similar if not worse oppressive actions happen in Xinjiang.

India should abide by international law and withdraw from southern Tibet. Illegal stealing of illegal territories of the East India Company.

@@Longsilog4920 Tibet has been under the jurisdiction of China since ancient times. Even the kings of ancient India were Chinese. Look up the history of the Tang Dynasty to see if Tibet was Chinese territory at that time, and look up Wang Xuance, your former king from China.

@@southkoreausasmaster8805 China did not fully subjugate or originally conquer Tibet until late in the 1700's. Tibet also became defacto independent in 1911 when the Qing Dynasty fell. It was not until the communists invaded in the 1950's that Beijing restored their power over Tibet. Also keep in mind the main reason that Xinjiang is now part of China was due to the Qing conquest and extermination of the Dzungar Khanate in 1755 in what is now Kazakhstan, Xinjiang, and parts of Turkmenistan. The Dzungar people were completely wiped out by the Qing conquerors.

@@southkoreausasmaster8805 Incorrect. Tibettan Empire was Tangs main rival and foreign enemy. In fact they at one time sacked Chang'an. Tang westward conquest was also halted at the battle of Talas in 751 AD when the Tang were crushed in battle by the Abbasid Calphate.

And Taiwan should not follow China's delusions in absurd territorial claims. Taiwan needs the support of the International community, of Taiwan wants to be recognize by them, then they should also follow the INTERNAL LAW regarding in International Law of the Sea or UNCLOS. They must show to the World that Taiwan is Taiwan and not just a small province of China, that Taiwan is an INDEPENDENT COUNTRY.

If people want to know the truth read the book by Indian military expert: Pravin Sawhney His book : "The Last War" Basically, he said if Modi can't control himself and decides to fight China, China will WHIP India in 10 days and he goes into all the details. In 1962 after beating India, China decided not to go and destroy New Dehli because the Chinese wanted to have good relations with India in the future. If there is another war, according to Pravin Sawhney it won't last 10 days and India will be whipped but this time China might just give half of India to Pakistan. Indians better be careful. Better read his book and get a better understanding.
