Yes, if we don't put limitations on the tradings, it's about boundaries enforcement else they will try to steal or get demented to take from others around. Sorry neighbours they'll try to say but given the tense situations and weapons present in the world they will have to deal with their problem on their own grounds and elect new capable people to take replace the old defective, inefficient and inhumane regime, else they will die by internal implosions. That's what the egoistic desperation propagates, after parasites consume anything they look to invade further without any right but they forgot that they dried the land that is now very unstable and they might get swallow up by the Earth herself unless they go full ecological and close the toxic places for good. At this point China resembles Mordor unless they go for sylvan ecological ideeas from kids. Common newborn asian kids, do eco projects while the teen make a new city system! AT least they will learn to use the entire country surface for more farming and space for people on meters-squares. It's not the problem of over-population in China but rather the overly crowding on a limited space in the confined polluted weak cities and this doesn't happen only in China. We have enough space, but greed tormentors wannabe manipulators of political leaders are never satiated from draining life-energy from the unaware entraped confused humans.

When we purchased our home 11 years ago I tried to do everything right. We purchased a home that was well under what the bank said we could "afford", I inquired about the monthly bills, property taxes and took a small line of credit with a low interest rate in case we had major repairs to do right away. I tried to cover all of our bases, but I soon realized that the previous owners lied about the monthly bills and prices increased on the property taxes that year. Throw in the fact that we needed a more reliable vehicle to get my husband to work and gas prices going up etc. we soon found ourselves in trouble. Debt is a slippery slope.

You missed a major point here: in China there are around 60 million empty shell 'apartments' built in ghost cities where nobody lives. They have no doors, windows, internal walls, electricity or water, and certainly no lifts etc., and were bought by investors on the 'greater fool' principle, that is, there will always be someone else who wants to buy it, and the price will continue to rise because it's property, right? Hard to believe that people could be so dumb but they were only exposed to capitalism recently (and a very extreme form of capitalism too) and before that it was drilled into them that they must trust those in 'authority'.

Easy fix. Everyone making less than $500k USD per year must stop all insurances, pull all money out of banks, sell / get rid of all stocks, bonds, mutual funds... Go to a cash system. This will eliminate the problem. Middle class greed feeds the system. There would be no worldwide drug problem if there were no buyers. The world be no worldwide prostitution problem if there were no buyers. Stop buying and people will stop selling crap, fraud and schemes. Eliminate all, repeat all insurance companies and all prices drop drastically. Millions of people around the world live with no car, home, life or health insurance. No problem. Mass public created the problems. The greedy just trying to feed the hungry smaller greedy people.

When I travelled through China from Shanghai for the first time I was puzzled to see hundreds of apartment buildings empty. Housing estates too and houses, evidently without windows or doors occupied by squatters. More than that, in a different city I looked out of my plush hotel to see three line highways with one or two mopeds on them and a large number of vacant factory sites. I do not wish to denigrate my hosts and the few kind people I met but it seemed puzzling. On the other hand the centre reservations between highways were diligently cared for by a host of gardeners earning their rice.

I used to live in a more luxury Chinese apartment building (not a ghost city, but a regular city), paying rent, but the building was unfinished and they were doing construction on it as I lived inside (with many others, both renting and buying). I was a really stupid young person for accepting that as ok. You also see so many new buildings around falling into disrepair within just a few years. The concrete is crumbling to bits, spilling out into the road, plants growing out of every crevice, and rats the size of cats making them their homes. It's an understatement to say these properties are poorly constructed, and it's blatantly obvious the it's all about immediate cash grab and not the health of the property, people, or even generational wealth for that matter. It's chaotic, disorganized, corrupt, and due to its scale and integration with the world, it's absolutely is going to have a bad effect, no doubt.

Sorelle Amore as always hits it out of the park. China has the same economic system as the U.S. Their money supply is created bank credit loans in the form of deposit credited to housing buyers/developers/refinancers - money that circulates throughout the economy but which immediately starts to drain away again as finance payments are made, not merely all that was provided that is drained as principal but more is owing that must be drained as INTEREST -- eventually with more money owing than money is available so that defaults and a deflationary-spiral bankruptcy depression obtains and the creditor gets the assets that survive. Marx, Lenin, Trotsky and Mao were bankrolled by the lords of international finance as were Alexander Hamilton, Biddle (Andrew Jackson's central-banker enemy) and many other big names you know, Morgan, Warberg, Schiff etc.

Watching this video, I was puzzled by who are the developers. So I guess the developers are private enterprises, with the China gov treasury spending the money into the economy as credit loans. If that's the case, then the China gov are mutual culprits of the ponzi scheme. One would think if they were bailing them out with the $148 BIllion, that the China gov would've been smart enough to have had an FDIC to prevent the run on the banks that will create future distrust of the banks. ......I'm still in the process of learning about all this as it unfolds.

Oddly enough, the price of a condo, finished or not, was also pretty much guaranteed it wouldn't go down. Therefore, property owners could buy a condo, never have the condo finished and sell it to someone else at a profit and still never have the condo or building it's in completed. It's not just the developers fault, but also the government leaders guaranteeing the price/s people pay will pretty much not go down, regardless of whether anyone actually ever lives in the condo or not. I think the government pushed the sales because it's a very clever way to transfer wealth from the average person to the them. Don't think those developers weren't directly tied to government officials/agencies and didn't share the money coming in.

There's another huge gotcha with Chinese real estate- horribly shoddy and unsafe construction methods. They may have used more cement than anyone else, but it's a common practice to omit the steel rebar which gives it its strength. Ditto wiring, plumbing, etc., etc. Buyers didn't care because they were buying to flip, not live. The Chinese government has already ordered some unfinished buildings demolished because they cannot be finished at any cost. If they do manage to complete a project, it'll be a stretch to expect the buildings to outlast the mortgage.

I'm extremely debt averse too. I never borrow more than I can pay back instantly, the only reason I borrow at all is if it's interest free and to spread payments. I understand that buying a house is different because the expectation is that the asset value outweighs the debt burden but all it takes is a downturn in the market for that to turn upside down. Anyway I rent from a local authority so my tenancy is secure, I own my car, I have healthy savings which I'm considering putting a large part into precious metals. The world economy is burning up, not just because of China but because of this suicidal net zero agenda combined with years of deindustrialisation in the west, mass immigration into welfare countries of the west, inflation due to the insane reaction to CV19 etc etc. I'm trying to earn enough to get out.

Thank you for this information Sorelle. So difficult to find this information in Canada. I have been watching your channel for a bit now, and gleaning world news. I do believe this will affect us here in North America. Our currencies, and the world market are too intertwined. We as countries need to get back to being more sovereign. Creating more commerce in our own countries, through ENTREPRENEURSHIP NOT GOVERNMENT INTERVENTION creating jobs, supplies, and most importantly farm to feed our own nation(instead of reducing nitrogen use-insert eye roll)! I believe this will train us to own less material things. When/if things become more expensive most will go without. Alot of consumerism is just waste and ends up in the trash. 100 years ago food production drove the world market, along with things like gold and silver. Tangible things! Now 100 years later we will discover why. Fantastic point on the debt we carry in this era.

Sorrelle, are you ok? In your last 20 videos you’ve placed trigger words in your titles: Killing. Scam. Death. Scam. Manipulation. Filthy. Lie. Warning. Cheating. Controls. Lie. Evil. Cash. Thief. Weapon. Slave. Evil. Terrifying. Death. Kill. Death. I loved your channel when it was about you, your interesting lifestyle and your bold journey. Maybe it’s just me but I’m coming down with a case of bad news burn out. I know we’re wired to pay attention to anything threatening and this is no doubt reflected in your increased income as more people gravitate towards your shock-horror thumbnails with a cringeworthy attempt at pulling a distressed expression. But most of us have enough crap going on in our lives. And if you think the average person has the psychological resilience to embrace and understand the corruption behind the global smokescreen that’s always been there, then you’re mistaken. Bad news is everywhere. The internet is the light that exposes the monsters hiding under the rocks but there are lots of people on RU-vid that all doing the same thing. And the algorithm is starting to demonstrate how saturated this doomsday market is. My feed is now so routinely littered with horror stories of how corrupt and evil the real world is that I’ve had to start unsubscribing and even selected ‘don’t recommend channel’. Your last video on EVs cast a very quick glance at how a market aiming to disrupt the decades long reign of fossil fuel culture is actually littered with corruption and manipulation. People were p*ssed with you and from your responding comments it seemed as though it was because you were broadcasting a very shallow view into the world of EVs which disregarded the decades of death and destruction the fossil fuel industry has and will continue to wreak on the world. Personally, i’m more irate at the fact that for someone who built her following just by being herself, sharing her journey of success and living life in the moment is now sitting high atop the fence delivering nothing but bad news to both sides in the form of shock-horror that we all know is the ultimate recipe for more views (and income). To put some drama on it, It’s like getting lured in with candy and slowly phased onto opioids. I’m confused: what do you even stand for anymore? You were such an advocate for self care and mental health and now you’ve joined the ever increasing number of RU-vidrs who turn to spreading negativity, fear and general anxiety to keep the views and subscribers in the perpetual growth cycle. It’s cheap, everyone is doing it and it’s unsustainable. The algorithm is already trying to steer me down the road of other RU-vidrs who are doing the same content as you and in some cases they’re even posting the same topics as you in the same month. I don’t enjoy your content anymore because it’s simply content. It’s not personable and it’s not unique. I don’t see you growing as a person anymore. That was what I was interested in. I’m only 1 subscriber but I’m sharing this because unlike the others I’ve unsubscribed, I liked your personable approach to the content you used to produce.

It’s about the money. Fear sells the best. Videos like this are getting the most views and the algorithm is pushing them even more so she’s just following the money. @woodsmccloud
@woodsmccloud 2 года назад
@@KsenijaCelner This is true. But for a channel that now solely focuses on exposing companies and organizations for their unethical business models and flexible agendas, you have to admit that it’s pretty ironic that this channel has gone down a strikingly similar path. I also agree that she’s merely following the money and playing the game. But you could apply that principle to the companies and authorities she exposes in her videos. The big oil companies that have polluted land in developing countries were just ‘following the money’. Corporate landlords who are gentrifying low income communities are just ‘following the money’. I guess I (and a surprising amount of others if the comments are anything to go by) thought she was a bit better than joining the clickbait brigade. My issue is with the hypocrisy that influencers inevitably fall victim to in the quest for more views. And to give an example, go check out Her video from 9 months back titled ‘How money is used to make you hate’. In the video description it reads: “I'm sure you've seen news stories that easily get you emotional, or make you feel some way about an issues. Sometimes, it's almost as if you can't control the way you feel when hearing a certain headline. What if I told you that this is all by design? I'm going to show you how simple statements and emotional narratives are used to make you angry at other people, and to hate those you may have never met or looked in the eye, and how the media makes you feel this way.” A few months on from this video, what is she doing? Creating videos with clickbait statements in the title that support an emotional narrative. How can you look back on such a video that seeks to educate viewers about being exploited via emotional manipulation in the media and compare it to this present day content without thinking that you’ve been blindsided by someone you once admired? It’s like she’s two totally different people and if that doesn’t incite distrust then I don’t know what would.
