Very disappointing. You didn't talk about the recent china brokered Iran Saudi rapprochement which is massive, or that Saudi and Iran applied to join bric's and even SCO. Instead you did some half hearted scare campaign about war and division between Saudi Iran as disastrous for China when that's part of the reason why China brokered peace, and current relations between Iran and Saudi are at their best level in years, even decades. Both have decided to have a new start, and both seem serious to mend ties and look to the future. A future with China and less and less with USA and west. They all support multi polar world, with China being usas only peer competitor, and with perhaps EU, Russia, Africa, middle east as other poles to a lesser extent since they are continents and not a country with unified interests and structure. As for xinjiang and Uyghurs, you again parroted USA and Western anti China talking points claiming Arab or Muslim countries stayed "silent" like they somehow believe there's genocide or widespread systemic oppression of muslims just for being Muslim. In reality china has invited OIC itself and basically every arab and Muslim country to visit themselves, and they have. All have praised chinas development of Xinjiang and lifting Uyghurs from poverty etc, including OIC itself which represents all Muslim countries in the world. So not only did they not stay silent, they praised China and completely countered the fake narrative of genocide and oppression! Absolutely no one bought it. Not even US state dept lawyers. You will probably try to spin it as those countries are all dictators or whatever or under chinas thumb so they can't speak out etc. But then they can stay silent, rather than directly praising china. Also, it includes oic, which represents all Muslim countries, even democracies like Indonesia and the rest. It also included usas closest allies like Saudi and everyone else. They all know it's bs anti china propaganda, done to contain chinas rise, like their Xinjiang forced labor act which basically sanctioned the whole Xinjiang province without a shred of evidence, and instead puts the onus on businesses to prove a negative. Ie to prove china isn't doing forced labor in their whole supply chain which is basically next to impossible if USA wants to do lawfare, which as everyone who has half a brain can see, usa is suppressing all successful Chinese companies over made up accusations without any evidence. From TikTok to Huawei to DJI to Shein to tencent to everything. Big things are happening in the world currently, with like decades worth of changes happening in the last year or two. Including Ukraine, middle east, even eu siding more with China and less with USA. See recent comments by macron about Taiwan and not being USAs vassal. Eu has been forced to go along with China since they fucked themselves with Ukraine and Russia, and they have no other choice since they can't even afford energy in their own country and remain competitive. So they have to invest more in China and move more production there. The writing is on the wall. You mention that china benefits massively without any risk, and that is true. China doesn't need to pick sides, and it does win win and works with everyone. USA has been trying to make countries choose, and they've been able to convince a total of no one. Not even Taiwan, SK or even Japan. USA has already used massive amounts of political capital to get SK and Japan and Taiwan to basically destroy their semiconductor industries in the long run, and also give up hundreds of billions of dollars worth of sales every year in the short term. They lost 100s of billions from their share prices overnight, and this will all but guarantee that china will have a complete self sufficient ecosystem for everything in another 5-10 years basically. USA has run out of cards to play, and China hasn't even hit back and they won't. USA has thrown it's best at China, and China simply turned the cheek and will still win and keep the moral high ground. That is why dedollarisation is happening at light speed. Just 5-10 years ago chinas trade in yuan was at like 0%, now it is like 40-50% or more with foreign countries, with more and more choosing to do trade with china in yuan. When Saudi and Arab and gulf states also do this after they join brics and sco, USA will lose basically all it's influence and the last card USA has to play will no longer exist. Both Russia and china are doing this, and anyone with half a brain would also do this, including EU if they are serious about no longer being a us vassal and subject to usas extraterritorial selective enforcement and abuse of swift system and the dollar. That is a massive issue that you did not mention, and it is the elephant in the room. Everything you talked about is quite dated already, since like I said, decades worth of geopolitics has happened in the last year or two. You need to do more research and make another video with more up to date analysis.

It is in China's interest for Iran and Saudi to come to an agreement. The business leaders of Iran and Saudi can agree. The trouble is the common man, the Shia and Sunni have many historic grievances with each other. China would love peace in the Middle East, a stable and secure flow of energy is the bedrock of any modern nation.
@陳大勇-r7q

No, it’s just one of the reasons, we Chinese love peace and it’s in our DNA, that’s why we try to be the peacemaker between Russia and Ukraine, even we know if the war continues, we are more beneficial. But we still try our best to broker the conflict.
@ex0duzz
@ex0duzz Год назад
Chinese love peace, but also aren't strangers to war or conflict. Chinese mentality and philosophy is that the highest form of warfare is to win without fighting, and that prolonged warfare never benefits the country. That is why even when China has no other option but to fight, like vs India or Russia or Vietnam border wars, they have always been short sharp operations with China achieving their goal and then declare victory and pull back out, even when they won like in India 1962, or like NK in Korean war. China could have stayed in NK forever just like USA in SK but China prefers peace and is non interventionist and anti imperialist.

As a Saudi 🇸🇦, I think the region is ripe for China🇨🇳. Because China is respected by everyone and a country that develops and rises quickly and meets our needs without blackmail or giving lectures. In the eighties, after America refused to sell missiles to Saudi Arabia, they directed us to China, and they sold us long-range East Wind missiles, and Saudi Arabia rose. Saudi Arabia has signed many deals in recent years, including building a ballistic missile factory and a drone factory. With the arrival of the Chinese President to Saudi Arabia, more than thirty-five agreements were signed, and yesterday it was announced that a factory would be built in Saudi Arabia with the help of China, which is to manufacture steel sheets. China is a partner with them, and I wish they would join us in the Middle East more and more.

China is Israel's 3rd largest trading partner. Currently trade between the 2 countries is around $20B per year. China does quite a lot of infrastructure work mostly (rail, road and metro tunnels) in Israel and now runs the new container port in Haifa. There are discussions for Chinese investment in a new rail line from the Med to Red seas (an overland alternative to Suez). Israeli exports (in particular defense products) are severely curtailed due to US pressure. Israel-China relations took a big hit when Israel had to cancel a big Chinese order for Israeli Phalcon radar systems, which the US opposed.

The main difference between China and the US is that China doesn't try to impose its ideologies on other countries. The US exports "Democracy" at the barrel of a gun. Forcing countries to grow crops the US wants or they don't receive US money. The US treats its "friends" more like vassal states than actual allies. Meanwhile China is making a lot of friends by just doing business and not getting involved in other countries' ways of running things.

For clarity, it is better to use the specific name, "Persian Gulf," especially in a video or other educational content. This will help ensure that the audience understands which body of water is being discussed. Additionally, using the term "Persian Gulf" shows a better understanding and respect for historical and geographical context.

People commenting and claiming the Chinese build railroads and infrastructure while the U.S. bombs and destroys is true but not as simple as that. Bun the U.S. and their imperalistis bs. Not a CCP hater either in fact I support them in many aspects except humanitarian reasons which I've personally experienced in my own country, but the reality is just different, they're not just coming over there and start building like a basebuilding game and everything is cool but rather they take any intellectual property you have + they only care about profits and nothing more. An example way before the 25 years deal which resulted in a very very negative outrage from us (the people and not the gov): the Iranian regime had "sold" some of their ports to the Chinese but what they did on their own soil was overfishing. This also resulted in local workers losing their jobs because there was nothing left to work for anymore. They ignored the 230km boundary from the main coastline rule called EEZ (“exclusive economic zone,") they never cared about the environment and especially especially in countries that they know they have political and or economic leverage on. Now these alllllll could be the stupid regime not being powerful enough, standing in corner and isolated by the whole world that they accepted anything they threw at them (which could sound silly to some) but it's actually true giving the fact that almost all these countries mentioned in the video actually give a fuck about their people and act for them, which this regime failed to do so. No matter how you hate the CCP you cannot ignore the fact that they did all these projects and investments for THEIR people and their own agenda and political/economical reasons.

As someone who is generally China critical, I did not take any negative reaction towards the resumption of diplomatic contact between Iran and Saudi Arabia. In honesty, Bush Jr.'s antagonism of Iran in the wake of 9/11 could very well rank among the greatest geopolitical mistakes of the early 21st century for the US. We should strive towards peace in the middle east and minimal military intervention.

Very much an IRAN viewpoint. Also learned that China had its own China based national interests, similar to the South China Sea. I'm sense Iran wants to control the ocean waters around Iran, and ignore any international protocols, international laws. Interesting that it does not mention Iran wanting to develop the nuclear weapons, similar to North Korea. Let the populations die, as long as the leadership enjoys luxury, and nuclear research can continue. The other unmentioned facts include the hostility that Iran and the 'unified Arab' nations might have to each other and to the various types of Muslim religious sections. From my understanding of 'Arab unity', this is the opposite. Arab unity'means great distrust of all other Islamic people. No protest about the Islamic people of Russia or China? Where is this Arab unity? The uneven treatment to the enemies of the Islamic religion? Non-Islamic people include Christians, Jewish, Russian, and Chinese. Why no Islamic, no Arab unity here? Overall, it seems strange to suppose that China is trying to replace the known imperialism of the European and western world. This video does agree with one viewpoint, however. China just wants to protect the shipping lanes for international trade. Somali sea pirates. Sea trading pathways. Glad that this RU-vid channel recognizes the Trump complaint that to many nations, including China, are friending on USA meeting the international trading channels open. China ignores this responsibility to international law. Hopefully, this RU-vid channel might gain a more sensible international understanding. This includes the reality of the non-existence of Arab unity.

Also, other than throwing the words out a few times, he didn't say very much about China's Belt and Road projects. As I understand it, a big part of that is infrastructure through Iran. Especially before the Ukrainian was started, there was a project to link up the gulf coast to the Caspian Sea and northwards to Moscow. I am slightly confused about whether this project was part of China's Belt and Road project, or was a rival to it. Either way it should have been part of the discussion here.
