It is NOT a copy! China is building this one under license! Even if it is the AS365/565, it is a license built one. So no, China didn't copy the French one.
xuimod Please use google, not everything showed on RU-vid is correct. It is a utility helicopter! The most common attack helicopter is heavily equipped such as missile, rocket and machine gun plus it only have two crews (gunner and pilot). WZ-10, AH-1z, AH-64, Mi-28, Eurocopter Tiger and/or Denel Rooivalk, all these helo considered as AH. If you really want to compare this chopper to a american one that badly then it would fit better against the UH-1y Venom, it has a same role.
