This fried rice recipe is made from leftovers-you know, that surplus of rice that always seems to remain from the batch you made for dinner. You could make fried rice from freshly cooked rice, but it's not likely going to have the right texture because it will be too moist. The ingredients you need are as follows:
4 whole eggs
6 handful of left over rice
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp Soya sauce
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
Salt as per taste
Medium chopped onion
4 green onion chopped
1 red chilli chopped
2 garlic cloves chopped
