Chinese Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
2lbs Chicken Wings
Black pepper (to taste)
Garlic Powder (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Chinese Cooking Wine
2 Eggs
3/4 Cup Corn Starch (Potato Starch optional)
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
Directions:
Fry first batch for about 6 minutes, set aside fry a second time for an additional 5-6 minutes.
Sweet and Sour Sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Sugar
4 tsp Corn Starch
4 tsp White Vinegar
1 tsp Soy Sauce
Pinch of Salt
3/4 Cups Water
2 drops of Red Food Color
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a light boil. Once sauce starts to thicken remove it from the heat and serve.
