Nope, "like literally" means "like literally", donc en français "genre littéralement" terme que l'on emploie pour signifier qu'une expression imagée pourrait être utilisée au sens propre pour décrire la situation. Ex: "I was like literally crying at the stupidity of this comment". Meaning that I was actually crying, that real tears we really rolling on my cheeks when I read this comment. Consequently: "like literally thanks" doesn't make any sense because "thanking" cannot be understood as an exageration in this sentence. I hope this clarifies.
