My friend who is studying chinese recommended me this band ! I liked it at first, but because I was focused on other things I forgot about it. Then, by the time I started to read danmei novels and watch Chinese dramas xDD I wasn't used to listen to chinese at first but because I watched Untamed I ended up liking how the way it sounded JHSJHDJ

@@hasoyi i also recommend reading the novel after! it's amazing and covers a lot more than the other adaptations, especially wangxians relationship (which is only subtly shown in the drama and hardly in the donghua because of chinese censorshop TT). the other adaptations are also incredible tho, but the novel is my favourite, tied with the untamed.

Aaah another untamed fan, I love the adaption, I actually read the novel a while ago (my Chinese friend is a big fan of danmei so she recommended me some) and when I heard there was a live action I was so excited

How did you know I was looking for this? This channel gives my life a soundtrack, but it also scares me how it reads my mind sometimes. Since I haven't seen anyone else do it, I recommend the band Hedgehog (刺猬). My favorite song of theirs is "The Band" (乐队), which probably is also their most popular song on RU-vid. (I discovered them after randomly searching up "chinese rock.")

I absolutely love your playlists! I was wondering if you could check out Pomplamoose. They’re a band that does unique covers and mashups of songs along with some originals. They mainly do Indie Pop and some French. Their original “Bust Your Kneecaps” is especially popular on Spotify. Anyway, that’s just a suggestion. Feel free to just ignore this.
