I'm not familiar with the marriage visa for China. But for Tourist Visa, Sri Lankan passport holder needs a Visa to China. Maybe try to ask the Chinese embassy in Sri Lanka.

Hi sorry late reply, kapag wala ka pong ITR need mo mag pasa ng cover letter explaining why. For the COE , hindi ko sure pero may chance kasi na tatawagan ung company.
