The first song, Thermacare, was split into two songs, one by Chiodos with the instrumental section of it called (I believe) Stradivarius Volcano, and one by DRUGS with the vocal section called The Only Thing You Talk About.
I saw chiodos is Vancouver in 2015 , absolutely stunning. Craig was in a mood with the crowd; he was upset we were all seated lol but it was at the Rio Theater haha it was a seated event.... He sang the last 4 or 5 songs with his back to us which seemed kind of silly 😜, I remember yelling "we love you, just please accept the love " .... Seeing a crowd like this here in Boston it's obviously a way better venue and crazy crowd. They put on a great show .

It was different, yes, but more in the fact that they evolved. You could still tell that it was Chiodos. Some bands change and sound like a totally different band, when Chiodos changed it still had that same sound that will always be a part of Chiodos. I feel like as long as Brad and Jason are still in the band, Chiodos will always be Chiodos.
I love how at the end after the girls bring out the cake and the other girl hops on stage they let her dance and she keeps way better rhythm then the girl who isn't a fan.
So much arguing....ill say this. Craig's stage presence is amazing and its obvious that he is the front man for the group. The way he commands the crowd is amazing.
A lot of the singers don't sing every part of there songs...Letting the fans sing is a great way to interact with fans. Thomas is gonna bring so much to the table now though, pumped to see the two of them together.

But I'm sure you didn't mind it when Brandon spent two years giving his all when performing anything off of AWTEW and BPB. Illuminaudio wasn't JUST Brandon. There's more to Chiodos than who's singing, and for everyone else involved, that album was some of their best work. The only thing that changed was the one who sang it, so in this case, it's Craig that's keeping them from performing it.

Yeah, his screams have gotten alot better since Chiodos' original albums. His singing is still decent, he has a great range, but it doesnt sound too improved.
is it just me or has craigs voice got better .... well live, usually he wouldnt even attempt those notes live... like everytime back in the day he would talk the lyrics or go falsetto. but yeah definitely enjoyed seeing them at kerrang with craig. now to see if they go bone palace or more alls well with the new album

They are not doing this because of Craig and his ego they are doing this for the fact that Brandon wrote those songs himself and did not want to share them, plus Craig rejoined the band to make a fresh start, not to finish someone elses work. As for Thermacare goes, Craig wrote those lyrics, so they went with him to D.R.U.G.S. to be The Only Thing You Talk About and the rest of the band wrote the music, and that stayed with them as Stratovolcano Mouth. If you disagre sorry, but it is what it is
I meant different sounding. Illuminaudio was excellent, but it was drastically different sounding than their other albums. At least in my opinion it was. But a kick ass album nonetheless.
It was a chiodos song before it was a DRUGS song. They recorded it as a demo right before they kicked craig out. and as such, never released or performed it
If yhou put the other five members of the band minus Craig in a police line up and told me that they were in a band I would laugh my ass off. Too bad they are the most under appreciated members in any band. Craig is the face of the band and he is amazing but those guys fucking kill it live
