YES, im extremely glad theyre back together WITH craig. And at first, i was a little discouraged by this album but the more i listen to it, the better it gets. its new, and a little different.. so what? it kicks ass and so do they.

I'm really just curious how long this lineup will last. It's pretty obvious from TFOT that Thomas Erak has a MASSIVE ego (don't get me wrong, I love his music) and that caused some issues, and Craig has to be the most self-absorbed, contrived performer I have seen come out of the garbage metalcore scene from the mid 00's. This record isn't awful, but they clearly plateaued a long time ago, and even having someone as skilled as Thomas isn't helping them all that much.

Craig is one of the original great singers that lead the movement of this generation of music along with other greats like Anthony green. Their sound and style might change with time but nothing will take away what theyve done for the genre. Respect the long lasting greats.

the song is about how his drug addiction turn him into a whole new person and how it destroyed him for a while. thats why the song is all about him, i thought it was pretty self absorbed until i realized what it was about. lol. i love chiodos, and this is a great album!

I don't know what people complain about this video. This is basically saying that Craig Owens is BACK to Chiodos. That the band is not dead now, and came to give us what everyone was waiting for. At the same time shows what the lyrics stays.. "I look so beautiful but just as desperate" we know Craig is attractive but he has his own problems to be desperate with. Maybe it was with girls or normal life situation. But actually shows that his family (Chiodos) is there to support him in any matter. Remember, this shows Craigs' COMEBACK, and the desperation stated on the lyrics, that's what makes this video AWESOME.

Unf, fucking proper Chiodos again. I'm fucking ecstatic. My first album by them was Bone Palace Ballet, and I was so heartbroken when I found out Craig left. They're just so good with him. They were a band I listened to the album, never saw the musicians faces, so Craig, you are a welcome return and a very good looking band. I hope they do more videos. This one was phenomenal.

He is amazing live - they all are. And he is a total sweetheart,too. I got lucky and accidentally wandered into his dressing room and he was the only one in there. He talked to me a bit, hugged me, talked to me just like an old friend. I was worried he'd be a dick, but he's not at all. After our talk, he wrote 'love yourself' on a piece of paper and later gave it to me at the actual show. I have it tattooed (in his writing) on my inner wrist.

So, my analysis on this. I do actually like the song and am a fan of the lyrics because I can identify with them. I actually like this album, I'd never heard of Chiodos before I saw them with blessthefall last year. I personally like the style they have. I can't say I think old Chiodos is better because I didn't know of their existence. And I have also gathered that people don't like Craig Owens. I see why and at the same time I don't. He does have a certain vibe he gives off that he thinks he's the greatest thing since sliced bread (i.e. Ronnie Radke, whom I personally like) but he also does care about his fans and everyone around him. I find his voice to be an acquired taste as well because it's a little high even for what I'm accustomed to. This video also, may mainly be about him because I don't know.. He kinda wrote the lyrics.. And they could be really personal to him and been like "hey guys, is it cool if I do this one by myself? It's a little personal for me" (I.e. Most Stone Sour videos, especially "Bother") But I think we should all shut up, and listen to the music. I don't think they appreciate people bagging on their art. Nor would you.

Everyone here commenting as if it was Craig's choice to be the center of this video. You KNOW labels love the highlight and idolize vocalists, and with a persona as popular as Craig Owens, it's to no surprise that they've decided to make it all about him. You really think Craig would have cried of joy when Chiodos invited him back to the band, and then be like "alright since I'm back, I'M getting all the attention and you guys aren't allowed to be in the video", NO.

So stoked to see Craig back in the band again! Devil is packing a serious punch and is definitely on the same level as All's Well That Ends Well as far as quality and substance is concerned. Most definitely an upgrade from Bone Pallace Ballet, and Illuminaudio doesn't count anyway. They still put on an amazing show even after all these years; that's more than I can say for most bands.

Craig looks constipated. Also, it has a lot of the issues I had with the album, melodramatic and unecesarry. (review on my channel, hey-o.) But the verses of a song like Cheap Motels counterbalance everything this sort of means, which is kinda long, overdrawn drama.

Can I throw my idea on this video and what it might mean real quick? Okay... Part 1: So he is in darkness and he even though he is with friends he is distant during the fun times they are having together. He feels lost and trapped in a dark place and beaten up from what he has gone through with his ex. He just can not handle the pain and can escape it even thought he is social.
