Oh, my goodness her reaction throughout the reveal was as beautiful and refreshing as the remodel. Switching the doorway was just spot on. I love the glass closet door. I will copy that for sure and no upper cabinet wall. I like. Good job Chip and Jo!

She almost had me crying there at the beginning. What an amazing house, I'm in awe. Wonder if this is a more recent episode, Jo's style gets better and better. I especially like the shelf, reminds me of mid century modern.

This was, perhaps, my most favorite episode. I was so happy for her and her new start. The house matched her perfectly. And it looked like a house that would make you feel safe. Then I read that she remarried and gave up this house. That broke my heart.

All the decor and the furniture belongs to Magnolia Homes and is only used for staging. The homeowner does have the option to purchase it all in addition to whatever they're they're paying for the renovation.

You were putting insulation under the windows and there are 2 to 3 inch wholes on the bottom shouldn’t those wholes be fixed before you instal insulation?🤪🤨😕😟

Oh, honey that is a good thing! She moved on up to make new memories with her newest life self and the blessings to come with a new husband. Good for her. This home felt like she was starting over single still carrying memories from her past life. Now, a new family get to enjoy the beauty and sweet little personal touches by Jo and Chip! How awesome is that! Absolutely, priceless! Very timeless remodel job! Nicely done! Love it.

The cameras must make Chip behave himself. All my directions/discussions/ hopes of perfection, result in slinging matches and usually end up in tears, anger, frustration and hints at divorce :/
