As a long time student, my love for Chipotle runs deep so much so that I wanted to create a home cooked iteration of my favorite Chipotle meal. Not wanting to lose the essential component of Chipotle (ease and fast in nature) I created this recipe using my InstantPot for a quick and easy at home Chipotle inspired meal. Chicken cilantro lime rice with black beans, the fresh aroma mixed with the flavorful chicken and the classic cilantro lime rice that can in fact be mimicked at home really captures the essence of everything that has me loving Chipotle.
