These beautiful buildings provide a plethora of architectural styles across the centuries and is both an area of outstanding natural beauty and a conservation area.

Around 3:05, I noticed hooks hanging from the ceiling. Like down the Shambles in York. I'm from California and just got back from a two week vacation in England. I fell madly, deeply in love with your country. We traveled all over in the short time we were there but got to see and experience so much. From the tiny villages, to the Lake District. We saw your beautiful churches and Abby's and toured castles. We went to Stonehenge, the Roman baths and so much more. Even made it up to Edinburgh and Wales along the way. I enjoyed every second I was there and have been feeling very homesick, like I've lived there before and finally felt at home for the first time in my life. I'm still trying to wrap my head around what has turned out to be the most amazing, transforming experience of my life. Your video was beautiful. Thank you for memories. I hope to return soon.

Oh Janis, that's so spooky. Britain has a very long history, and along the way, we have accumulated much , and undervalued and lost much too. It took a Canadian Visitor, to get me to visit the Roman baths at Bath for the first time, despite me living only 20 miles from them, for 30 years.

The hooks in the Shambles, York are there because it was originally a butchers' area , they hung meat on the hooks.

So glad you felt like that about our country. Most American tourists never venture out of London which is such a pity after travelling all that way. I once met an American couple in an old pub in Warwickshire. They were amazed that the hotel that they were staying in was 350 years. Knowing the area i took them outside and showed them the castle in the distance. I said "when they built your lovely hotel that castle was already 600 years old" The look on their faces was a picture.

Thank you... Yes Chipping Campden is a delightful place to visit... If you like the Cotswold villages there are many more to be found on my You Tube channel so why not pay it a visit.

i was in Chipping Campden this year. Unfortunately this beautiful church this video shows only a tiny glimpse of, was closed. Why aren´t there churches in your videos? They belong to the Villages. i didn´t see it in bibury or in broadway.
