I know I'm 7 years too late, but this was amazing. I've been thinking about a FivePD server with only San Andreas Highway Patrol. We would have a lot of call outs for Highway Patrol officers. Of course we have a large amount of motor officers. I was thinking of a chip scene loading screen something like this. But I'd never be able to do this as good as you.
