Is there any water stream where we can camp for night ? What important things we need to carry as we are intending to come on bikes

Plenty of water as river zajinaar flows passby,carry tent sleeping bags and all essential items for night camping a shop is also available but can't rely so much

How much time does it take from Halan Car parking area to Chiranbal? What's the trekking time period?

It is 1.5 to 2hrs depending upon pace.

Yes for sure, but should be off road one, the trail is moderate to difficult.Skill is needed

Yes you can but requires expertise and skill, weather must be dry and avoid after rain period,many people visit on pulsar and NS.
