Death penalty doesn't cost more than life death penalty all they do is give you that shot or fry your head and life in jail is like 30+ yrs for them to have food and water thats like 3,000 each person a year do the math
Tadarious Parker Yes it does! I'm in college for criminal justice, and every professor will tell you the same. They have to pay judges for the trials, signing off the death penalty, the lawyers, the defendants lawyers, if there is an appeal; which most likely there will be, Than they have to pay more money towards the judges and the court process. To add to that, those people aren't getting payed minimum wage.
He probably ask him if he was from the area or what gang he in after the robbery. Thats why he didnt kill the girl. He thought or knew the guy was from a rival gang
