17:00 is always the hardest one for me personally to relate to. If i do this on a narrow table like this my knee would sink below the surface level of the table on both sides even without a push only restricted because the side of my lower leg will touch the edge of the table restricting my knee to go even lower.... 😮😂 Judging all the videos i have seen, and that are couple hundreds, i guess thats not normal either. 😅 I'm older than this guy in the video. Have some lower back issues tho... Anyway great work!
