You can learn how to dress well, but you can't learn or teach style. Either you have it or you do not. Chloe understands that style is way more than clothes. It's hair, makeup, how you carry yourself, move, speak, and how you look at others and the camera. She is enchanting.

Can't believe I watched whole video - Chloe hits the perfect note as a celebrity, conscientious without overt virtue signalling. Every look exemplifies impeccable style _(even white ray-bans)._ Who else manages to effortlessly tickle the eyes of judgment in such a personal way and without professional advisement?
