This was by far the scariest day of our lives, especially for Matt. As you'll see, we had a totally normal day. Chloe seemed fine. I was at the gym and Matt had actually brought her with him so I kissed her goodbye before my workout, then everything went bad extremely fast. Thank you for the love an prayers for our sweet Chloe. She is so fragile yet so strong all at the same time. We ended this vlog abruptly because it was such a traumatic day, I will have a followup in the next vlog.

This video had me in tears 😭. I can totally relate. My son was 5 weeks old and had a similar episode except he projectile vomited and choked on some that was in his mouth and he had trouble breathing. I didn’t know what to do so I called 911. They showed up and checked my son. They said he seemed to have trouble breathing so they took us to the hospital. Long story short, he was diagnosed with Pyloric Stenosis and he had to have emergency surgery the next day. I’m praying that nothing else happens to precious Chloe. My thoughts and prayers go out to Matt and Kristine because I know exactly what that feels like. It’s a helpless feeling. I also wanted to say that my son (Dominik) who’s 8 years old now loves watching y’all on RU-vid… that’s how I got hooked on watching too 😊. God bless y’all

I can totally relate to how Matt was feeling. This has happened with my son, he’s medically complex, he’s had 8 major surgeries and it’s so utterly terrifying. It’s like the bottom falls out of your world! I hope she’s doing much better and I hope you’re all feeling okay now!

Happened my son to my wife had gone out and I was just holding him his lips went purple he stopped breathing and it was just a 6 Yr old and a 3yr a dog me and him at home so I had to keep everything control while they ca,e but he's fine now

I couldn’t imagine what Matt must have felt with Chloe struggling like that, and for a father to say “I though she was going to die in my arms.” That must have been so heart breaking. You know it’s serious. I’m so glad she’s ok for now. You guys are are amazing. I cried through that whole segment. The feeling of helplessness Matt must have felt. Ugh, gut wrenching. It almost sounds like Chloe has sleep apnea. That’s what happens to me sometimes when I go to sleep, I stop breathing. I have a sleep apnea machine that helps me sleep through out the night. I hope that’s not what it is. I have obstructive sleep apnea. Maybe get a sleep study test done on her just be sure. Let’s us know how she’s doing .

My heart is with you on your scare. Re Owen, he has been treated like a baby for such a long time - feeding, sleeping, etc., so perhaps a few sessions with a therapist might hit the problem quickly, as you have so much going on with Chloe.

There is a thing that babies do when they’re little. They stop breathing they hold their breath and for some reason, even though they start panicking, they just forget to breathe. Sometimes, if you blow on them in the face, that will shock them and make them take that first deep breath. Now I have no idea if that’s what she did but it’s a possibility.
