Amanda, did you know the Chloe tote is made out of hand-woven WFTO-certified paper not raffia? Yes, it's made out of paper hence the lower price. A lot of people think it's made out of raffia but it's actually paper. This is why it's not hard wearing and falls apart fairly quickly.
