I met them a week or two ago at SXSW and they were nothing less than gracious and warm. I walked up to them outside the venue after the show and Chloe gave me a big hug and they both stopped to talk for a moment and take a photo with me. If you Are questioning whether or not to listen to their new album, you DEFINITELY Need to. It’s like nothing you’ve ever heard. Truly fantastic.
The interviewers were lowkey messy, but Chloe & Halle handled it well. They are great girls, so talented. I absolutely love them and their new album is on repeat!
Their album is very expansive it's actually quite impressive for a debut. Easily one of the best debut albums from the new kids coming up in the industry.
I think they are amazing and the fame has not got to them. Humble ,calm beautiful not boring at all but, inspiring for a lot of women and kids that are coming up.
Yall catch when Ebro was laughing at Halle calling the little people show funny? He was wanting them to slip up lol. They've really got that Beyonce media training.
This was a horrible interview. Why have a guest on and you have not done research. Not only did he not listen to their music, he didn't watch their tv show either. The show is 30 minutes long. Then he decides to give them advice about how they should live their lives???? Horrible!

Wow they remind me of myself in many ways, I’m just a couple of years older than Chloe. All the things that made Ebro say “Wow you don’t do that?” over, people always respond to me like that and think we aren’t living our best life.
They are two beautiful young ladies.... I love how their not afraid or pressured to do what everyone else is doing and create their own lane and own it... they are refreshing to see and listen to!!!
Ebro is the type of man to tell black People who don't curse etc... that they are like white girls🙄... being black doesn't resume itself to being hood or ratchet... we are not a monolith and we all have different aspects to our personality... can't deal with obtuse people like him!
Nice. People tend to not think to much of these youngsters but in this day and in this climate the youth is standing out as a force with so much potential. I love it. Thanks to these women for being fantastic and to hot 97 for the platform.

I definitely understand you guys. Swearing isn’t a normal thing to do. Heck I didn’t start until maybe 14/15yrs old and even now that I’m 18 I still don’t swear regularly. It takes a lot for it to come out (normally)

Slightly detached??? Really nigga? They seem perfectly fine to me. They are 19 and 18 years old female artists. The industry is extremely tough and the media easily manipulates and boxes female artists into archetypes, so if they are "media trained" then that is a-okay with me, because that means they are FULLY aware of how the media twists narratives, and they'll know how to manage and work through the BS. More black artists need to be media trained, tbh.
I like what Ebro said at the end. They are two lovely young women and I know it’s mainly media training, but I hope they never feel the need to uphold a nearly perfect image for anyone or anything.

So happy they brought up Grimes, she's such a amazing underrated artist. She legit does everything (writes, produces, directs,sings etc etc) and is worth checking out guys.

Not only am I in love with these girls and their duo, but their album is a new-generation master work. They are fantastic musicians, quite extraordinary even, and they are representing out here like Queens. World - get to know them, because you will not be unimpressed. Their artistry is sublime.
That little ish they said at the end about “pressure” combined with the energy the hosts were already giving, reads as condescending. Why can’t they believe that those young women are just happy!

Beyoncé is the perfect person for them to learn from, because she has lived her entire life in show biz and she has blossomed into a respectable, successful, well rounded woman. I just hope she’s willing to lend that type of advice to these young ladies, but their parents have done an amazing job raising them.
