Ingredients and Recipe
-4 whole bananas
-3 mashed bananas
-2 eggs
-100 gram caster sugar
-vanilla essence
-100 ml oil
-200 ml milk
-260 grams flour
-40 gram cocoa powder
-16 grams baking powder
-1 1/2 tablespoon butter
-2 Tablespoons caster sugar
-2 Tablespoons walnuts
-1 Tablespoon chocolate chips
In a non-stick pan add 1 1/2 TBSP butter and 2 TBSP caster sugar. Cook on low heat and form caramel. When caramel is formed turn off the heat and set pan aside and arrange bananas as shown in the video.
Batter Mixture
For batter add 2 eggs in a bowl and add 100 gram caster sugar in it. Mix well and then add 100 ml oil, 200 ml milk, 260 grams flour, 40 gram cocoa powder, 16 grams baking powder, 2 Tablespoon walnuts and 1 Tablespoon chocolate chips. Mix this well with spatula with soft hands.
Batter is now ready to be poured.
In nonstick pan where you arranged bananas, pour this mixture over that. Place tawa fist and then place your pan on it. Cook this on low heat for 30 minutes. Don’t forget to cover it with lid so that upper surface also gets evenly cooked with steam.
After 30 minutes your chocolate banana cake is ready to be served.
