In this video, we’ll show you how to make delicious chocolate banana muffins that are perfect for any occasion. Soft and moist, these muffins are so easy to make!
Ingredients:
→ 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour, sifted.
→ 1/2 cup (45g) unsweetened cocoa powder.
→ 2 tsp (10g) baking powder.
→ 3 ripe bananas.
→ 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar.
→ 2 large eggs at room temperature.
→ 1/2 cup (110g) melted butter.
→ 1/2 cup (100g) semi-sweet chocolate chips.

2 tablespoons baking powder is good? N can i use oil instead of butter?

You should use 2 teaspoons (10g) of baking powder. You can also try to replace the butter with vegetable oil but personally I haven't tried that. Happy baking!

@@myhomecookingexperience i used 2 teaspoons . Idk what i did wrong they turned out very dense and moist from inside . They were more like pudding than muffins 😓😂😂

It's possible you've overmixed the batter and that's why they've became dense. Another reason can be that you didn't bake the muffins long enough. The toothpick, which you can insert in the center of a muffin, needs to come out clean. Try again, you can do it!
