Hi, unfortunately idk when the new phase will be released and I'm sorry, but I can't really answer your other questions either. Phase 3 has really lot of bugs, maybe that's why you can't get the footsteps. For example I can't get them too, and I bought the Phase 2 toy box. So the game is really bugged...

That map requires a lot of machine requirements. Many times it doesn't even load for me or kick me out of the game or lags a lot. You can see in my video that when I can record a match on this map, it still lags. Have you tried lowering the resolution on your computer?
