Being a chocolate lover, I've never found a chocolate buttercream that was good enough..But this is it!! Thank you so much. Soft, delicate and chocolatey!!!

Cooked a delicious cake with that recipe, thank u so much❤ I was so stressed looking for some tutorials on the internet
Thank you so much for this amazing recipe! I made it with my mom and it was delicious. For anyone else that wants to make this cake, DO NOT TASTE THE COCOA MIXTURE!!!! It is very, very, VERY, bitter.
@@aartdevletter5822 sorry for the delayed response 😅😅- I just used regular baking grade cocoa powder, dutch processed cocoa powder was too expensive 😂😂😂
@@sunitadsouza4562 u can use unsalted or salted but if u use salted then u don't need to add the extra salt with the dry ingredients. i always have salted butter at my house so i'd use salted

Looks delicious. I like what you doing my dear and what you’re good in. This is Sultan from Saudi Arabia and I’m enjoying all your great videos keep it up because the amount of hard work you are putting in all your videos is way appreciated
Oh gosh, some of these comments 😂 She didn't use sugar syrup because soaking cake sponges isn't mandatory, didn't you know?! How do you make 200ml of coffee? Follow the instructions on your coffee granules container. You want the recipe in cups? No, because cup measurements can be too rough and this recipe requires precision. And the one comment that says it was too sweet. My god, it's a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and a chocolate ganache. What were you expecting?! 😂
The vinegar is too much. Maybe 1 tsp is ok. 1tbs basically cooking the eggs before the batter goes inside the oven, thus the cake doesn't rise properly.. maybe vinegar can mix with milk first to make buttermilk instead. Thanx the recipe is good, however i tried 1tbs vinegar, and it ruin the batter..😅
I made this cake. I wanted to say to those who’ve find that the coffee and cocoa powder is watery. Try using Dutch process cocoa. It thickens and is rich in flavor. I used Dutch process cocoa and it came out identical to the video. I would say that my ganache was a little to thick. I had to add extra cream to thin it out, but since my cake was cold from being in the fridge, it didn’t drip as nicely. I will try making again.
Trying this recipe. Now for my Mom’s B-Day using quality Cocoa Powder, worse case I run out and get a cake…Chocolate mixture is watery, not like the consistency of melted chocolate as pictured in video…let ya know how it goes…
I realized I forgot the vinegar, the cake did bake but being nervous about the batter being more runny, I put the oven temp to 350, about 35 min on convect and toothpick in center testing, I have cake. I might still run out for ice cream cake…

Hello. Hope you’re doing well. I really liked your cake. Wanna try it. I want to know 2 points. 1. What is the heavy cream… Is it Amul cream or Whipping cream? 2. How did you prepare hot coffee? Please explain me. So that I can bake chocolate cake.
I tried this recipe but turned out disaster. 😢 I followed each and every step as mentioned, measured every ingredient precisely but my cake turned out very hard heavy not at all fluffy didn’t rice up as shown in the video i want to know why ????
The coffee , is it instant coffee? Or should I buy regular dark roast plain from store? Does one has more water or coffee than the other? Not a coffee drinker…
Hi, always love your video and recipe. And this buttercream taste is super. But, when I made it, it was runny and not incorporated, a bit sandy in tongue. Why is that so? Was there any tips, or maybe something I didn't notice in the making?
I didn’t this recipe the part of pandispani is to soft the rest of the ingredients is okay I don’t like coffee l put soia milk is perfect my husband love it and my kids as well. Thank you for put something good in RU-vid ❤
I have some question. - Can I use cake flour instead of all purpose flour? - How much hot water and coffee powder to make coffee 200 ml? I appreciate for your answer.^^
My mom loved it, it was really good. I did have a little problem with the baking pans because they were bigger and I didn’t have time to get others so the cakes did come out a bit dry but nothing a little simple syrup couldn’t fix. Next time I make it I’ll probably double the recipe or just bake them less time.
