I just combined them with a little milk, and if you want a real paste, then make it like this:
200g unsalted pistachios
100g of white chocolate
100g of powdered sugar
20g of butter
50 ml of milk
-grind the pistachios with powdered sugar as fine as possible, sift and grind the coarse parts again. At the end, use the remaining large pistachios for decoration.
-Heat the chopped white chocolate, butter and milk in a saucepan, then as soon as the ingredients melt, stir in the pistachio flour and cook for just another minute or two until the ingredients are combined and a creamy paste is formed.
-Cool the paste at room temperature.
