Chocolate Chip Cookies

This time I want to share my chocolate chip cookies recipe. We love these cookies!

Chocolate Chip Cookies
Dry Ingredients:
150 gr Bread Flour
205 gr All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Salt
Wet Ingredients:
225 gr Unsalted Butter, melt until browned, add a little water to reach 250 ml, cool to room temperature before adding to the mixture
200 gr Brown Sugar
100 gr White Sugar
1 tsp Coffee Powder
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
1 Egg Yolk
150 gr Chocolate Chip
Bake for 15-18 minutes (depend on the conditions of your oven) with a temperature of 180-degrees Celcius
