[Chocolate Chip Melon Pan] How to Make Crispy Melon Bread | ASMR

Ingredients (for three)
Cookies
Butter - 25g
Sugar - 25g
Whole egg - 15g
Light flour - 50g
Bread Dough
Strong flour - 70g
Sugar - 5g
Salt - 1g
Dry yeast - 1g
Whole egg + water - 55g
Butter - 5g
How to make
1, Make cookies.
Mix【Butter】and【Sugar】in a bowl, and add【Whole egg】with a little at a time so that it does not separate.
2, Add the chocolate chips and roll out the mixture thinly.
3, Make the bread dough.
Put [strong flour], [sugar], [salt], and [yeast] in a bowl, and mix in [whole egg + water] on top of the yeast.
It is better to combine the yeast and salt just before mixing because it is difficult for the yeast to expand if you leave them together.
4, When the mixture becomes a certain consistency, transfer it to a worktable and knead it by hand.
When the dough is no longer powdery, add the butter and knead until a thin, slippery film forms.
5, Roll the dough into a ball and place it in a place of about 30℃ for about 1 hour for primary fermentation.
Press the dough with your finger and see if the fingerprints remain on the dough.
6, After letting the dough degas, roll it up and leave it for about 15 minutes. (Bench time).
7, Remove gas and form into a round shape.
Wrap in cookie dough, dust with sugar, make a lattice pattern, and leave for another 30 minutes for secondary fermentation.
8, Bake in the oven at 170℃ for about 15 minutes.
