Welcome! In this video, I will show you step by step how I covered these pineapple rings in almond bark using a silicon donut mold. I will also show you how to add a quick drizzle and gold leaf. Thank you for watching!

Have you tried the method of half dipping them all, letting them dry then dipping the other side?

I make chocolate covered strawberries all the time but my favorite is pineapple covered strawberries I work at a hotel and we do pineapple cover strawberries and this is the 1st time I've seen anyone on RU-vid covering pineapples but I love it's my favorite to eat.

I usually freeze my pineapples before dipping them. But when you’re doing them in the molds is it better to do them right out there can or do it really matter??

Hi . They look delicious. Not sure if you know that the Creative Concepts Leaf Metal Gild It you used is not made for food items. It’s used in gilding furniture and object. Not meant to be eaten. Edible Gold Leaf should be used on desserts . Not trying to be mean. Wasn’t sure if you knew this. Just trying to help. 😊

How long do you pack dry? I’ve tried to do chocolate covered pineapples twice and it didn’t work. I even frozen them

I just pat them dry for a few seconds. I wouldn’t freeze them because they will expand and then shrink and break away from the chocolate once they come to temperature.
