Chocolate Crunch Cookies Recipe
Dough
1 1/4 cups Sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Finely chopped Walnuts
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Vinegar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Canola Oil
1 1/4 cups 18% Cream
4 cups Flour
1 1/2 to 2 packs Maria cookies
Glaze
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 tbsp Flour
1/2 tbsp Cream Cheese
1/2 tbsp Corn Syrup
2/3 cup 18% Cream
1 tsp Vanilla
Topping
2 cups Chocolate Chips
1 cup White Chocolate Chips
Directions
Put Maria cookies in a cookie sheet, roll one inch dough balls and place on the cookie, press down gently, Bake in a preheated oven at 365F for 12 to 15 minutes cool completely.
Glaze; in a saucepan put together dry ingredients and stir, put in wet ingredients and bring to a boil, boil for 30 seconds. Dip each cookie in Glaze and put in a freezer for 30 minutes. Melt milk chocolate and dip each cookie in chocolate. Melt white chocolate and drizzle on each cookie.
