Hi guys! My first voice over! Lol
I decided to redo my ganache whip cream recipe with a voice over instead, since there was so much I was putting on screen. Let me know what you think of this video.
Chocolate ganache whip cream recipe:
Chocolate ganache:
One 12 oz bag of chocolate chips
3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream (OR just enough cream to cover the chocolate chips)
Place in microwave 1 minute 30 seconds
Stir until smooth consistency
Cover with plastic wrap and set aside to chill
Once cooled, whip until lighter in color and soft peak
Whip cream:
2 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powder sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Whip until soft peak
Fold chocolate into whip cream and ready to use!

Thanks so much for sharing! Your technique is amazing. Watching from Mexico one day before my nephew's 5th birthday (already baked Martha Stewarts' chocolate cupcakes) but have no whipped mixture.

How long does it deflate if I put this in the refrigerator? And how long can I keep leftovers in the fridge?

thank you! i will definitely keep that in mind. it's just hard with kids running all over the place. I had to tell them I was going to use the bathroom, but locked myself in my room instead to finish the voice over Lol but for sure when i get a chance to do another recipe video, it'll be voice over. Can I store the ganache in refrigerator and only whip it the next day or later when I want to use it?

Looks awesome, can't wait to try it! Can it be done the same way with white chocolate and, if so, would I use the same ratio of cream to white chocolate as you used for dark chocolate?

I wouldn't chill it in the fridge because with my experience its become to solid then I have to re-heat it. I let it cool down to room temp tight on the counter.

Would this chocolate whip cream need stabilize if I'm gonna leave out of the fridge for some hours?

it does need to be stabilized but it should be good if it's taken out from the fridge for a couple hours

Hi.. I want to ask if i used heavy cream to melt the chocolate.. And then can i used non dairy whipping cream instead of whip heavy cream and icing sugar.. Is that ok?

yes i used heavy whipping cream. I've never tried non dairy but if you try it let me know how it turned out 😊

Instead of making whipped cream can we just use cool whip instead? If so how much cool whip can we use?

i have not tried with cool whip, but I'm sure it'll be fine. the amount of cool whip would be your preference

You can leave it out at room temperature a little bit or whip it up to loosen it a little

I'm sure you can do up to 24 cupcakes with this batch, although i haven't used it for cupcakes yet.

I don't recommend it. The powder sugar would incorporate well because it a powder. Using normal sugar might leave the whipping cre with the sugar crystals. But I'm not 100% sure, but using normal sugar for fondant had that affect. So I assume the similar would happen with the whipping cream

@@AlejandraHernandez-rp8qz i used powdered sugar the other day, and my whipped cream kinda curdled i dont know how,well it looked like that, but ye, so i just redo it without sugar and i folded some ganache to it to make it a choco whipped and add some sweetness instead of sugar👌made it for my moms bday cake👌

you can make it a couple hours ahead and just keep it in the fridge until ready to use.

I've used this for cakes. but it is not a stabilizer. you would still need to refrigerate it. hope this helps
