How to Make Chocolate Moist Cake
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup Sifted Cocoa Powder
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 cup White Sugar
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 cup Oil
1 cup Milk
1 Large Egg
1 tsp. Vinegar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Instant Coffee dissolve in
3/4 cup Hot Water
Bake in a preheated oven at 160C for about 40 minutes or until done
I used 8x3 round pan

Just did this cake and it's really good. Recommended!! However, I've baked extra 10mins. Maybe my oven wasn't hot enough at 160°C.

I made this last July 16 and chilled it for the 17th (my friend's birthday). They said it tastes fantastic, not too sweet, and in a way that they can eat multiple slices!!!! I added a chocolate ganache made of cocoa powder, milk, and a bar of 40g of chocolate.

Hot water??? It actually activates the cocoa. . Kung mapapansin niyo, pag ang recipe may cocoa pero walang hot water, kulay brown lng. But once cocoa is bloomed ( cooked) , nag dark ung kulay nung product.

Highly recommended ko po ito recipe ginawa ko po ito last Saturday at nagustuhan po ng family ko hindi po sya super tamis sa cupcakes liner ko po nilagay and i bake this in air fryer for 25 mins pero dipo sya flat gaya ng ibang cupcakes. Thank you po for the recipe gagawa po ulit ako nito.
