Hey I use any piping bags I can get my hands on , usually the heavy duty ones from Amazon, and the piping tip is from Wilton I often use 1M or 2D hope that helps

Salaam thank you for the lovely recipes but just wanted to say the chocolate mousse tasted more of a chocolate triffel rather than mousse… the chocolate mousse doesn’t need custard it just comes with fresh cream mixed with the chocolate that you melt and wait till it cools down.
