Some background of me. With timeline. Basically you want a career that does not become obsolete & some degree of security & pay advances. Starting with me from High School Age 17-18. Gardener cutting lawns. BIG money for a student😊🤑 Also worked at Century / Cinemark movie theaters (minimum wage) Age 18 thru 28 - Costco Wholesale 10 year anniversary then quit.lol 😮 Age 27 bought house. (Bank said if I change career, would not qualify for loan as 1+ years of same employment / employer to qualify. After loan approval, & house purchase➡ quit Costco. Age 28 Start Union plumber apprenticeship. Age 33 Journeyman level $$$$ plumber with contract advances. Current 52 purchase 2nd for rental income. (Current goal) not a big rush. Most careers require some timeline of training. Others will be obsolete some day. (Think grocery checker -vs- self check out. OR Uber driver UPS driver -vs- drone delivery & driverless cars. Lol😮😂😮😂
