It isn't. Because of this fight Drew cannot play football, hence no schoolarship. Their father is homeless and jobless and now every dollar counts. The whole family should starve as a result of this choice

And in a more selfish perspective: The D&D game in the hospital only plays if you give the money as Mikey gets his arm broken in that circumstance which is needed to trigger the D&D game.

i’m playing this for the first time and i stayed with mikey and kept the money but i now that i seen this, i wished i help drew and gave him the money. the only thing that kinda scares me is that what’s going to happen in the future
