Probably because the coil boosts accuracy, making hydro pump 100% accurate and is more powerful than scald. I still prefer scald tho, being able to hit for sure without coiling and also the chance to burn I think brings more value
@@senkku-n5557 I went with hydro pump because coil boosts accuracy, and hydro pump overall would do more damage than scald. Not to mention, getting a scald burn on a mon id prefer asleep can cripple the hypnosis strat
