I know a paramedic who told me once that a lot of the suicide by hangings that he or other paramedics had attended often had shirts hastily put on with interrupted buttons, or pants put on backwards. Likely due to a family member dressing them in distress after finding them in a choke jerk....

I'm sure most people consider that. It's no different than finding a grandparent in the shower, or someone whose clothes are ripped off in an accident. It's pretty common to cover up bodies that are naked before the paramedics arrive. It's not a conspiracy, it's just common decency.
