I am a senior golfer and am playing my best golf by choking down and taking a half to three quarter swing. Really more accurate and really not losing noticeable distance.

Also I notice my swing is more upright now and I think that is also making my ball striking better.

Thanks Michele, are you using your new Titleist clubs there? Great video by the way, not a huge fan of choking down for distance but a lower more controlled ball flight is useful x
