CHOKKA BAIT Presentation  

Used by many anglers targeting a wide variety of species. Whether targeting Edibles such as Kob, Poensie, Steenbras, Yellowtail, etc or adding it to a bait for non-eds, this for many anglers a go-to bait.
Like us here in the False Bay, where we mainly use chokka to target our silver kob. Chakka has become expensive of late but is still a firm favourite. I will use this bait first when targeting Kob. Also, White Steenbras can be targeted with this bait too. Many a big White Steenbras has fallen victim to a well-placed bait.
This bait is also used by a lot of guys in KZN when the water is clean and target reef species such as Speckled Snapper, Catface Rockcod etc.
If you have not tried this bait yet, be prepared to be converted once you have.
