Yes and No. Some people only experience 1 or 2 Biliary Colic attacks in their life and the symptoms do go away. Some other people are not lucky and continue to get consistent Biliary Colic attacks more frequently every month or so for a year or few years.Which eventually for such person Gallbladder will eventually rupture if it's continuous getting GB attacks. I have heard some people it took them from 2 to 4 years until their GB rupture.
