Why do I always get hair loss when I take statins. I have trouble with high cholesterol it’s genetic edit causes really bad bloating and hair loss and I’ve tried so many different ones so what do you do in that case

For fat soluble vitamins, I was taught to remember “All dogs eat kibble”

These are good but in my class we need to know WHY. Why do you monitor glucose levels? What causes the change in glucose level? It’s just so hard for no reason 😭
