What area does “Planet Collin” reside? He has a spectacular view. I would prefer similar location when I move from San Ramon, Calif. USA. Thank you for producing this special program.

My husband and I are excited with the idea of possibly moving to Portugal. We are working on getting the D7 visa. We love the Algarve region but we noticed the prices are really high pretty much anywhere in that area. We are worried that the market may crash after the changes on the Golden Visa which doesn’t allow investing in the high density areas like before.

I am in the UK and will be retiring in 7 years. Unfortunately I bought some land that was sold to me illegally in another country so lost £125k. Anyway I know that in Spain it is possible to find property that can be acquired via rent to buy/own which is the kind of places I am interested in right now. Have you got any idea of how popular this concept is in Portugal and where and how I am most likely to find about 2.5ha with a river running through the middle of land all year round with a large barn about 230m2 with possibly a modern house to restore and renovate?
