I still haven’t decided. Also I’m about be go all 🤓. While dark chocolate is healthier than milk chocolate and contains more “original chocolate ingredients”, too much dark chocolate can be a bit harmful to people who are sensitive to caffeine and it also increases/causes nausea, dehydration and insomnia (30-60 grams is recommended) (This is all meant to be taken as a joke)

Eating milk and white chocolate products in high quantities could lead to weight gain, and being overweight can increase the risk of numerous health problems, including hypertension, diabetes and heart disease. If you’re going to eat high quantities of chocolate, dark chocolate is overall the best choice out of the three, even if it’s not the healthiest choice. -Someone on the internet 🤓
