I love the Starlight Express! I’ve been a fan of it for months. I was part of a production in my previous school and I fell in love with it since then! And now here I am subscribed, commenting and watching a video from someone who’s part of the Bochum show! 🤩
I have no idea what is going on here but I freaking love it! 😂 It's so whimsical & fun! 😂 I had to watch it several times and saw something different every time lol it took me like maybe the 3rd or 4th time before I realized they were all on skates LMAO 🤣
i love having no context because all ive seen from starlight express is the remastered original soundtrack, and from what i can tell, the terrorist caboose got dropped since that one was used
Cb has been added and removed many times, in Bochum I don’t think they’ve ever gotten rid of him, but they have updated his character to now be a terrorist purely for monetary gain, and changed his designs to be a modern navy and red breakvan instead of an old repurposed red caboose. They’ve also recently brought back Stex in London and have replaced his character there with an oil tanker named Slick Oil
Been a fan of this show since I was 12... which was 1986 😂😂 I've seen it twice, in my teens and in my 30s - it was a totally different show the second time. Taking my two sons to see it in September, and can't freaking wait, though am sad that Belle's no longer the sleeping car (sang that song for an audition), and that Ashley's no longer in it - though I get why, obviously 😂 Am also a bit worried that all the iconic 80s songs have been scrapped - no one updates West Side Story, or Evita, or Fiddler on the Roof. Couldn't it just have been left as is? 🫤
