Thank you everyone for taking the time to write such kind words. I'm continuously impressed with the support we Muslims show for one another. It's been a year or so since I recorded this and I feel enriched. It's a blessing that we can never truly acknowledge nor thank Allah properly for to be guided to Islam so never take it for granted, born Muslims and reverts alike. May we all be a force of good in this world and rack up deeds which enter us into Jannah. Ameen.

Maash’allah my brother I as someone like you born & bred in the UK, but Shuker’Alhamdulilah born into a practicing Muslim family wouldn’t have even dreamed about having philosophical conversations about religion at age 14 Subhan’allah brother!! But please while I completely understand why you feel self conscious when born Muslims make such a fuss about your reversion, keep in mind the reason is because they think of themselves spiritually at the age u took shahada even though they were born into Muslim families. So please don’t downplay your reversion or feel self conscious about ur brothers and sisters in Islam giving you the credit you have earned brother by reverting at an unbelievably young age because Maash’allah people like me have taken Allah sbws blessing of being born into a Muslim family as some kind of Allah given ‘right’ but it is far from that it is thss Ed biggest blessing in the world & many born Muslims only realise that at a much later age than yours my brother! As is written in Surah Al Qasas ‘Indeed, [O Muḥammad], you do not guide whom you like, but Allāh guides whom He wills. And He is most knowing of the [rightly] guided…’ May Allah sbw continue to guide you on your journey in life & make it easy for you! Welcome to the biggest family in the world my brother 🤲🏽☪️❤️
