Update: the Block amount is 11,208 Euros. But, there will be deductions from your Bank while sending the money to your Blocked account, plus the Blocked account fee will be deducted based on which Service Provider you choose. So I always recommend to send 200 to 300 euros more than the required Blocked account. That's why I rounded off to 11,500 euros. You will also get this addiitonal money back.
