I’ve heard people talk about never sliding your foot while moving, you are doing that in this video. So what should I do because sliding is better in my mind because your foot is always touching the ground?
It depends the surface your on. If your on concrete or grass, don’t slide your foot. You can easily hurt yourself/slip, or you can lose balance. But if your on carpet/hardwood floor then you should slide. Also depends on what you wear on your feet. If your barefoot only slide your foot on carpet. If you have shoes on the slide on carpet or hardwood floor.
