After curing dilute 2 parts of Sapal 2in1 into 1 part of water by weight, then apply to the whole surface by brush. Sir good day puede ba gumamit ako na skimcoat powder na ibang brand, puede ba o effective ba ang sapal rtu gamitin? Kahit hindi sa buildrirte product nagamit kong skimciat?
Hi, thank you for your inquiry. Sapal RTU is a water-based, PU-acrilyc waterproofing paint. Wala pong problema kahit ibang skim coat yung existing na naka-apply sa wall, as long as maayos yung skim coat, hindi nagpupulbos at nagchi-chip off.

Problema namin ang tagas sa bahay sa firewall tuwing tag ulan tumatagos po sa room ng ceiling namin building residential type po hanngang 4th flr. Tapos sa interior wall may mga part na may lobo yun wall. Sir tama po ba yun ganitong procedure ng pag waterproof sa exterior firewall. 2coating po ng liquid asphalt, 2 coating ng waterproofing na flexibond, and last po is rubberized paint na waterproofing? For pre-painted surfaces, scrape off flaking paint and any looses material. Sand back gloss painted surfaces to improve adhesion.

Tanong ko lng sir..anung magandang waterproof sa loob ng bahay, sa isang parte ng firewall sa bahay ay lagi n lng nababakbak ang pintura ksama na rin ang pinamasilyahan. Ilang beses ko na rin pinahiran ng flexiband na halong simento, pero pg madalas ang ulan unti2 lumolobo ang pintura. Ano ang magandang paraan ano ang magandang waterproof ang gamitin? Kailangan pa bang bakbakin uli ang pintura bago pahiran ng bagong waterproof? O kaskasin n lng ang mga nabakbak? San nkakabili ng sapal RTU..at ilang pahid ba ang dpat? Ty...
Hi sir, for your negative waterproofing, meaning you cannot waterproof from the outside, we recommend Flexor, remove existing paint. Apply Flexor, apply top coat. No need for paint primer.
